All deliveries must have full address and post code and a contact telephone number . Please make sure you keep the receipt and order number incase you need to contact us for any reason.
PLEASE NOTE we do not charge delivery to all areas and post codes listed on our site. There will be a delivery charge outside the specified areas and post codes please call for delivery prices .
All delivery timescales are subject to product and delivery slot availability . We usually deliver same day on orders placed before 2pm.
Delivery will be between the hours of 8am and 8pm mon/sun we are unable to confirm a time. How ever if you leave a contact number we can call you and give you a more precise time of delivery, please ask for this service. You may specifiy the time prefered and we will do our best to comply.
All deliveries are to be signed for as a proof of delivery.
If you need to return a product purchased from Ramels Florist then you have 3 working days to do so. The returned goods must be in a resalable state and any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product must also come back to us.
The goods should also be returned with their original box, packing and accessories.
If the return is due to missing or faulty parts then we will offer a full refund or replacement provided we are aware of this within 3 working days.
Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge.

Cancellation of Orders
You are able to cancel your order prior to shipping with no cost penalty being incurred and full credit of your account if monies have already been taken. You can cancel an order by following the links on the Ramels Florist website, or by phoning us on 01707 657038 OR 0741 181 3777.
